Once you've placed your order, we prepare it with care and send it on its way, and you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it's dispatched so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.

During busy periods and holidays, or when our carriers run behind, a parcel can take a little longer than usual. If yours seems to be taking its time, do email us at info@sarahsparksville.com — we'll track it down for you.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@sarahsparksville.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you the correct return address — please don't send anything back to the sender address on the parcel, as those returns can't be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sarahsparksville.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. Claims reported within this window are covered and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Unfortunately we can't process damage claims made after 7 days, so please do check your parcel promptly

Each product page has its own size chart — please check it before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles rather than following one standard.

Our fit tends to run slightly smaller than standard North American sizing, so if you're between sizes we recommend going one size up. For the most accurate result, measure a similar garment you already own and compare it to the chart.

To keep our prices fair while still offering free shipping, some orders are fulfilled through our international fulfilment partners. Depending on your location, local taxes or import charges may apply on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the product price.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. It can take a few days for the first scan to appear, so don't worry if there's no movement right away.

Because orders enter our fulfilment system automatically, we can only change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched — contact us as quickly as possible if you need to. Once it's on its way, you can request a return after delivery.
